Act No. 61 on the establishment of ecological zones beyond the territorial sea.

[摘要] This Act provides for the establishment of ecological zones beyond the territorial sea, in accordance with the principles laid down in the Law of the Sea Convention. Italy shall exercise its jurisdiction over such ecological zones as established in the Convention above-mentioned.
