Decree No. 35 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on management of waste of consumer cooperatives and gardening and horticultural associations, and also in protected areas, recreational areas and land of historical and cultural heritage.

[摘要] This Decree validates schemes of management of waste of consumer cooperatives and gardening and horticultural associations, and also in protected areas, recreational areas and land of historical and cultural heritage. The aforesaid scheme shall contain the following information: (a) waste collection; (b) provisional storage of collected waste; and (c) the modalities of transportation of waste to waste management sites and the modalities of treatment thereof.
