[摘要] This Law determines the basic principles of the energy policy of the Republic of Srpska, the adoption of the development strategy as regards the energy sector, including the related plans, programmes and other instruments aimed to control and implement the regulatory issues and performance of energy activities, the necessary use of renewable energy sources and conditions for realization of the effective energy efficiency setups.
