Governor’s Decree No. 254 validating the Regulation on protection zone of nature monument “Nero Lake”.

[摘要] The Governor decrees to establish 200 m wide protection zone on the land plots and waterbodies adjacent to the nature monument “Nero Lake” in order to prevent negative anthropogenic impact thereupon. The aforesaid land plots and waterbodies shall not be expropriated from landowners, land tenants and leaseholders. The protection zone includes almost all valuable natural landscapes and complexes.
