Law no. 33 from 15 March 2017 on delegation of rules on contrast of poverty, reordering of performance and the system of interventions and social services.

[摘要] This Law (with the aim to remove certain economic obstacles and limits, to enforce the equality of citizens and the full development of the person, to combat and control the poverty and social exclusion, to expand the protection provided by the system of social policies) sets the rules to be implemented as official measures for contrasting of poverty and for the enforcement of various aspects of social care, protection and services on the territory of the Republic of Italy.
