Regional Law No. 118-OZ amending Regional Law No. 3-II-OZ “On protection of the population against environmental and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of the outbreak of disaster or emergency situation the authorized official shall apply additional measure for the protection of the population and the territory and, in particular, shall restrict access of vehicles and persons to the territory with high risk of the outbreak of disaster and in the area of disaster, and establishes the modalities of the use of early warning system”.
