[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 6 Chapters, approves the Statute of the National Institute of Environmental Disasters Management (INGC). The Statute specifies composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned environmental Institution, created to prevent natural disasters and to assist eventually injured people and infrustructures.
