[摘要] This Order amends the Sustainable Energy Act 2002 (Section 8(2)) (Conferral of Additional Functions — Renewable Energy) Order 2012, which confers on the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) functions that relate to requirements under the Renewable Energy Directive 2009/28/EC.
