Decree No. 145 of 2003 to amend the Decree relative to transactions for offences in the field of the environment.

[摘要] The Decree on transactions on environment offences was initiated as an experiment. The Government shall prepare an opinion on the evaluation of the experiment. Since there is no time to prepare the opinion, the Decree shall remain valid until 1 January 2004. This Decree makes transactions available as an option for the settlement of environment-related offences by relevant public institutions.
