[摘要] This Act, consisting of 64 sections divided into eleven Parts, establishes the marketing of petroleum products in South Australia. Part 2 specifies the requirement for licence. The Minister may, on application by a person, issue or renew, or refuse to issue or renew, a licence under this Act. The Minister may renew a licence despite the fact that application for renewal of the licence was made after the end of the previous term of the licence.
