Gas Business Act (Act No. 51 of 1954).

[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to protect the interests of gas users and achieve the sound development of the gas business by coordinating their operation, and to ensure public safety plus prevent pollution by regulating the construction, maintenance and operation of gas facilities as well as the manufacture and sale of gas equipment.
