[摘要] This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of legality audit on the consumer goods with regard to public health and safety, environmental protection and consumer protection. This Notification shall apply to the goods that are listed in Annex-I and subject to release free for circulation. This Notification sets forth provisions on risk assessment in international trade, inspection, customs procedures, importer’s obligations, sanctions and authorities.
