Regional Law No. 82-OZ "On regulation of some issues of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency".

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of the Regional Government in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency: (a) implementation of state policy; (b) elaboration and realization of regional programs in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; (c) listing of mandatory arrangements for energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; and (d) enforcement of the regional legislation on energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency.
