[摘要] The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure the right of the regional population to clean and healthy environment for the benefit of the present and the future generations and to safeguard environmental security. Objects of environmental protection shall be components of the natural environment, natural objects and complexes. Regional Government shall have the following competence in the sphere of environmental protection: (a) definition of the main guidelines of environmental protection;
