[摘要] This Law regulates the relations between the state, municipalities, legal entities and individuals in terms of the necessary conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity (variety of all living organisms in all forms of their natural organization, their communities and habitats of ecosystems) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
