[摘要] Regulation on consideration, approval and management of GEF (Global Environment Fund) projects in Vietnam dealing with environmental matters such as biodiversity, international water resources and soil degeneration. It prescribes the rules to comply with in order to formulate and approve the projects and relative funding by GEF.
