Environment Charges Ordinance.

[摘要] Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that for the utilization, especially consultation, evaluations, opinions studies and engineering services of the Bavarian Environment Office, the Bavarian Academy of Nature Protection and Landscape Care and water management authorities fees shall be levied. The text consists of 10 articles and 1 Annex laying down the amount of fees to be levied.
