Victorian Environmental Assessment Council Act 2001.

[摘要] This Act provides for the establishment of the Victorian Environmental Assessment Council to conduct investigations and make recommendations relating to the protection and ecologically sustainable management of the environment and natural resources of public land. The operation, functions and powers of the Council are set out in the Act.
