Regional Law No. 18-ZKO “On energy saving”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of energy saving and is aimed at creation of conditions ensuring rational management of energy resources, reduction of fuel consumption and reduction of negative environmental impact by energy sites.
