Regional Law No. 19 "On tourism".

[摘要] This Regional Law carries out state regulation of tourism with a view of improvement thereof and establishes importance of tourism for recreational, social, cultural and educational purposes. Principles of state regulation of tourism shall be as follows: (a) promotion of tourism as priority economic activity; (b) economic stimulation of tourism; and (c) promotion of international tourism.
