Petroleum Act

[摘要] This Act, composed of 47 articles and divided into nine Chapters, regulates petroleum operations. In particular, it rules on authorization of petroleum, State participation in petroleum operations, the conduct of petroleum activities, data and information, audit and inspection. Moreover, it provides penalty provisions for non-compliance.
