Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 153 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations concern the prevention and remediation of environmental damage to: (a) protected species or natural habitats, or a site of special scientific interest, (b) surface water or groundwater, or (c) land, as specified in regulation 4. They implement Directive 2004/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage.
