Electroweak Baryogenesis via Scalar Baryon Number Transport
[摘要] The study of baryogenesis introduces a new datum in the study of physics beyondthe Standard Model. Some physics relevant to baryogenesis is reviewed. Electroweakbaryogenesis due to scalar particles (such as squarks) possessing baryon number isestimated and found to be considerable within a broad and plausible range of parametervalues. Transport properties of squarks in the electroweak plasma are found tosupport this conclusion. If baryonic scalars are discovered in physics beyond theStandard Model, these results will be useful in determining whether they are consistentwith cosmological observations.
