Quantum Aspects of Gravity

[摘要] We study here some models of quantum gravity. In Euclidean quantum gravity, some of the possible consequences of including topology changes in the path integral are studied in the semiclassical approximation. The effects of wormhole interactions on the semiclassical sum are considered. The effects of wormholes in the Yang-Mills-Einstein system on the phase structure of these theories is discussed. Also, we perform the computation of some partition and correlation functions in conformal gauge, in a two dimensional model of quantum gravity, i.e., the sub-critical Polyakov string.
