Cox methodology applied to interlaboratory comparison program for flow measurement

[摘要] This paper presents an application of the methodology developed by Cox in Interlaboratory Comparison on water flow measurement. As no reference laboratory wouldn't be chosen, the comparison was carried out using a reference value by consensus estimated from measurements reported by participating laboratories.
