Automated gauge block pair length difference calibration and associated uncertainty sources
[摘要] A reduction for interferometric uncertainties in length difference at gauge block pairs is presented. An automated processing designed to compensate geometric fringe visualization effects and four-alternate wringing technique are used to achieve small combined uncertainties for length difference calibrations, maintaining a good compliance with the EAL-G21 determinations.
