Space-time with a fluctuating metric tensor model

[摘要] A presented physical time model is based on the assumption that time is a random Poisson process, the intensity of which depends on natural irreversible processes. The introduction of metric tensor space-time fluctuations allowing describing the impact of stochastic gravitational background has been demonstrated. The use of spectral lines broadening measurement for the registration of relic gravitational waves has been suggested.
