Microwave-assisted synthesis of all-rac-α-tocopherol catalyzed by ionic liquids
[摘要] Several kinds of pyridinium ionic liquids were synthesized and applied to the synthesis of all-rac-α-Tocopherol. The study found that the more substituents on the pyridine ring, the better the catalytic synthesis of all-rac-α-Tocopherol. With the molar ratio of ZnCl2in the 3-methyl-N-butylpyridinium bromide and zinc chloride ([MBPy]Br/ZnCl2) to Trimethylhydroquinone (TMHQ), the temperature and reaction time increasing, the purity and yield of product both first increase and then decrease. When the molar ratio of ZnCl2to TMHQ is 1:1, react 30 minutes at 60 degrees Celsius, the reaction rate can reach 74.61% and the purity can reach 78.24%.
