Mediation as a Form of Alternative Dispute Settlement in Tourism

[摘要] The paper considers legal grounds for mediation as a form of alternative dispute resolution in the sphere of tourism. It also analyses European mediation models and provides Russian good practices of conflict resolution with tourists using mediation.
