Estimation of Hydrodynamic Parameters of Connecting Rod Plain Bearings of Pumping Plant of Powered Mine Support

[摘要] Expert evaluation of damage the connecting rod bearing shells UNP55-250 pump unit was performed. The finite elements method is used to calculate oil flow in the bearing clearance. Influence of operating defects on the parameters of hydrodynamics is also estimated. Calculations for various designs of connecting rod bearings are carried out and impact of various surface compliances is estimated.
