Dark Signal Temperature Dependence Correction Method for Miniature Spectrometer Modules
[摘要] A dark signal temperature dependence correction methodfor miniature spectrometer modules is described in thispaper. It is based on laboratory measurements of darksignal temperature dependence at few different integrationtimes. A set of parameters are calculated which makeit possible to estimate dark signal at any temperature andintegration time within reasonable range. In field conditions,it is not always possible to take frequent dark signalreadings during spectral measurements. If temperatureis recorded during the measurement, this method can beused for estimating dark signal for every single spectralmeasurement. The method is validated on two differentminiature spectrometers.
