The stationaryG/G/squeue with non-identical servers

[摘要] We extend a recently developedfactorization methodto the case of theG/G/squeue with non-identical servers, by presentingthree simple propertieswhich lead to a simple numerical calculation method. We compare our results with those determined by classical Markovian (phase) methods in the case of the symmetricalM/G/squeue, and for the mean queueing delay we compare with results given by traffic simulation.
