Construction ofJ-variate distribution functions and applications to discrete decision models

[摘要] The construction ofJ-variate distribution functions, introducing dependences amongJrandom variables and keeping fixed theJmarginal distribution functions, is important in thedevelopment of theoretical and empirical statistical analysis. Here, a method for generating suchdistribution functions is developed. Characteristics of the resulting distribution functions arediscussed. An application to discrete regression models is presented. The latter is specialized tomodel choice of mode od transportation by travelers.
