Fuzzy Logic in Medicine and Bioinformatics

[摘要] The purpose of this paper is to present a general view of thecurrent applications of fuzzy logic in medicine andbioinformatics. We particularly review the medical literatureusing fuzzy logic. We then recall the geometrical interpretationof fuzzy sets as points in a fuzzy hypercube and present twoconcrete illustrations in medicine (drug addictions) and inbioinformatics (comparison of genomes).
