The second-order self-associated orthogonal sequences

[摘要] The aim of this work is to describe the orthogonalpolynomials sequences which are identical to their secondassociated sequence. The resulting polynomials are semiclassicalof classs≤3. The characteristic elements of the structurerelation and of the second-order differential equation are givenexplicitly. Integral representations of the corresponding formsare also given. A striking particular case is the case of theso-called electrospheric polynomials.
