Reissner-Mindlin plate theory for elastodynamics

[摘要] Existence and uniqueness of solution are proved forelastodynamics of Reissner-Mindlin plate model. Higher regularityis proved under the assumptions of smoother data and certaincompatibility conditions. A mass scaling is introduced. When thethickness approaches zero, the solution of the clampedReissner-Mindlin plate is shown to approach the solution of aKirchhoff-Love plate.
