NTCR Behavior of La-DopedBaBiO3Ceramics
[摘要] The influence of the composition on the microstructure and electrical properties ofBaBi1-xLaxO3 (0≤x≤0.1)NTC thermistors was investigated. A single phase ofBaBi1−xLaxO3with a monoclinic structure was prepared by solid state reaction method. The relationship between the resistivity and the reciprocal of absolute temperature of the prepared NTC thermistors was linear, indicative of NTC characteristics. The resistivity and the coefficient of temperature sensitivity first decreased with increasingxin the range ofx<0.03and then increased with further increase inx. However the alpha parameter value increased to a maximum value and then decreased again.
