Experimental Study of a Flexible Rotor and Its Dependencyon theRolling-Bearing Temperature
[摘要] An experimental study of the effects of the bearing temperature onrotor unbalance responses and on the first forward and backwardcritical speeds is presented. Experimental tests consisted inrun-ups and run-downs are realized to a flexible rotor developedand built at the Laboratoire de Tribologie et Dynamique desSystèmes, UMR CNRS 5513, École Centrale de Lyon,France.This flexible rotor is supported by two rolling bearings onflexible supports. It will be demonstrated that rolling-elementbearing temperature has no-negligible effects of the amplitude andvalues of the forward and backward first critical speeds of theflexible rotor. In addition to the investigation of the influencesof the bearing temperature on the dynamics of the flexible rotorat the first critical speeds, a brief investigation into thecomplete dynamic within the speed range of interest is alsoconducted. The purpose of this is to examine in detail thevibrational phenomena of the flexible rotor and to detect somecharacteristics dynamic behaviour due to the presence ofrolling-element bearings.
