Famciclovir (FAMVIR®)

[摘要] Famciclovir is an antiviral with efficacy and safety comparable to aciclovir, but famciclovir's more favorable pharmacokinetic profile enables a less frequent dosing regimen. Future trials will likely determine famciclovir's role in the suppression of HBV.
