Resonance circuits for adiabatic circuits

[摘要] One of the possible techniques to reduces thepower consumption in digital CMOS circuits is to slow downthe charge transport. This slowdown can be achieved by introducingan inductor in the charging path. Additionally, theinductor can act as an energy storage element, conserving theenergy that is normally dissipated during discharging. Togetherwith the parasitic capacitances from the circuit a LCresonantcircuit is formed.
