Front End Schaltung zur Online Auswertung von EKG-Signalen

[摘要] Ein mobiles EKG-System zur Online Auswertung von EKG-Signalen wirddargestellt. Die Auswertung beruht auf ein energiesparendesVerfahren, das den Vorteil einer zulässigen Unterabtastung desSignals bietet und eine Interaktion zwischen der messendenElektronik und dem funkgebundenen Auswertungsrechner ermöglicht.Diese Interaktion besteht darin, sowohl die Front End Schaltung imEKG-Sensor als auch den im ATmega8L eingebetteten A/D-Wandler vomAuswertungsrechner zu steuern und den Datenbedarf des Rechnersdynamisch an die Erfordernisse des Analyseprogramms anzupassen. Dasentwickelte EKG-System liefert erfolgreiche Charakterisierungenerfasster Elektrokardiogramme.

A mobile ecg-system for an online analysis of electrocardiogramsignals is presented. The analysis is based on an energy-savingprocedure, which offers the advantage of an acceptable undersamplingof the signal, and which allows an interaction between the measuringelectronic and the radio-bound analysis-computer. In thisinteraction both the front-end circuit in the ecg-sensor and the A/Dconverter, which is embedded in the ATmega8L, are steered by theanalysis computer. The data requirement of the computer is alsodynamically adapted to the requirements of the analysis-program.The developed ecg-system supplies successful characterisations ofmeasured electrocardiograms.
