Bewölkungskartierung über der Schweiz mit Wettersatellitenbildern und Bodenbeobachtungen

[摘要] In this paper a map of cloud cover of Switzerland ispresented, which is based on satellite data and theobservations made by meteorological ground stations.First, the way the spatial information of meteorological satellites (covering 1 year) combined with theobservations of ground stations during a period of 30years, and how this was done with the aid of a regressionsmodel, is explained. With this method, efficientuse of the combination of satellite and ground datawas attempted.
Secondly, the new cloud map of Switzerland isdiscussed and then compared with the cloud mapmade by SCHUEPP (1978).
