[摘要] ExperimentswerecarriedoutintheInstitutoMayorCampesino(IMCA),Buga,Valle(Meantemperature21°C;1000mabovesealevel),toevaluatelocalsourcesofmediaforthecultureofSpirulinamaxima.Biodigesteranddistilleryeffluentswerecomparedatdilutions(volumeseffluent:water)of0.25:0.75,0.5:0.5,0.75:0.25y1.0:0.0.Aninoculumofspirulina(aproximately192cells/ml)wasaddedattherateof200mlper1,000mlofmedia.Thetreatmentsforthedistilleryeffluentwere:0.5:0.5,0.6:0.4and0.7:0.3(effluent:water).Sodiumbicarbonatewasaddedinconcentrationsof17and34g/litreofmediaforthebiodigesteranddistilleryeffluenttreatments,respectively.Themediawereculturedinrectangularglasscontainersandagitatedbybubblingairwithamicro-compressor.Fastestgrowthoftheculturewaswithdilutionsof0.5:0.5volumesofeffluent:waterforbothsubstrates.Concentrationsofspirulinacellswere530,1380and9500/mlafter2,15and30daysofincubationwithbiodigestereffluent.Correspondingvaluesfordistilleryeffluentwere1170,2190and10,460.MajorcontaminantsinthebiodigestereffluentmediawereChlorella,AmoebaandParameciumspp.Thetemperatureofthemediarangedfrom23to29°C,butappearedtohavenomarkedeffectonthegrowthrateofthespirulina.
