[摘要] Atrialwascarriedoutduring165daysin1991attheHoaAnSulphate-AcidSoilResearchStationoftheUniversityusing27localbaxuyenpigs,allottedinarandomizedcompletedesignwith3treatmentsand3blocksand3pigsperexperimentalunit.Ineachofthepost-weaning,growingandfatteningstages,theexperimentalanimalswerefedwithdietscontainingsugarcanejuiceorquot;Aquot;molassesascompletereplacementofcereals,incomparisonwithcontrolpigsfedwithacereal-basedcontroldiet.Pigsconsumedreadilydietscontainingcanejuiceandmolassesandshowedgoodhealth,exceptsomecasesofprolongeddiarrhoea,rectalprotrusionandhindlegweakness.Canejuicegavethehighestdailyweightgain,followedbycontrolandfinallymolasses,thoughdifferenceswerenotstatisticallysignificant.Molassesgavetheworstfeedconversionascomparedwithcanejuiceandcontroldiet(Plt;0.05).Cane-juicefedpigsseemedtohavethehighestfeedintake,followedbymolassesandbasal-dietgroupthoughthedifferenceswerenotsignificantlydifferent.Sugarcanejuiceandquot;Aquot;molassescanthusreplacetotallycerealsinthedietsoflocalBaxuyenpigsfromweaninguptoslaughter.
