[摘要] AstudywascarriedouttocomparetwofeedingsystemsforHolsteindairycattlefedonconcentrates,lucernehayandcorncobs,carrotsandbroccoli.Drymattercontentforcarrotsandbroccoliwaslower(8%)thanlucernehayandconcentrates(91%)andcorncobsshowedintermediatevalues(34%).Theproteincontentofbroccoli(leavesandflowers)washigher(31%)thanlucerne(21%),whereasthislattershowedahighfibrecontent(23%).Cowsfedonalucerne/concentratediethadalowerDMintakeandhigherproductionofmilkthanthosefedwithcorncobs,carrotsandbroccoli(20.9kgDM/d,18.0kgmilk/dvs24.6and16.3respectively).Intakeofvegetablesdepressedthefatcontentofthemilk(2.8vs4.6%)andincreasedthepercentageofprotein(5.3vs3.7%)Theinclusionofcorncobs,carrots,andbroccoliasafeedfordairycattleprovedtobeanalternativeresourceformilkproductioninsituationswheremilkisnotpaidforonfatcontent.
