Effect of Leucaena leucocephala and Brassica napus on growth of pigs fed wheat bran diets
[摘要] Fivegroups,eachofsixmixedbreedweanlingpigs,wereeachfedoneofthefollowingdietsadlibitumforsixweeks:commercialfeed(CF),wheatbran(WB),WBwithleucaenaleaves(WBamp;LL),WBwithforageturnip(WBamp;T)andWBwithbothleucaenaandturnip(WBamp;LLamp;T).Averagedailyweightgainsdidnotdiffersignificantly(Pgt;0.05)betweentheCF(244g/day)andtheWBamp;LLamp;T(194g/day)diets;boththesetreatmentsaswellastheWBamp;LLdietweresuperior(Plt;0.05)totheWBonly(114g/day)treatment.Feedconversiononthewheatbrandietwasimprovedbytheadditionoftheforages,47%forWBamp;LL,25%forWBamp;Tand59%intheWBamp;LLamp;Tdiet.
