[摘要] thediagnosisofthemaloclusionesofesqueletalcharacter,itisimportanttoknowthedegreeinclinationofthecranealbase,sincethevariationoftheinclinationofthesameonecancreateanerroneousideaofonepretendsfacealterationofthepatient,affectinganglesofelevationandflathorizontalsthatwithherarerelated.Theintentionofthisinvestigationistorelatetheinfluenceoftheinclinationofthepreviousbaseoftheskullintheaccuratediagnosisofmaloclusionesofesqueletalcharacterinpatientstoagesbetween5and11yearsofage,withUniversalCefalométricostudypertainingtothecursantesoftheGraduateofOrtodonciaInterceptiva.Thestudiedpopulationwasof38childrenandyoung,handlingasimplerandomprobabilísticasampleof42.2%ofthetotalityofpatientsoftheGraduate,theusedmethodologywasthedatasummaryprovidedbyeachoneoftheparticipantsofthecourse.Theobtainedresultsthrewasmallvariationinamoreprecisediagnosisoftheesqueletalesmaloclusiones(ClassifiedinClassI,ClassIIandClassIII)asfarastheseverityofthecaseandthemodificationofthetreatmentplantofollow;thiswasobtainedapplyingthetechniqueoftheDr.Quirósthatconsistsofcompensatingtoaddortoreducetheobtaineddifferences,orofanincreaseintheinclinationoralevellingrespectively.
