[摘要] ApatientevaluatesitselfinwhoappliedtotreatmentwithextraoralarcandtheapparatusofFrankelIIinfirststageoftheprocedureforthecorrectionofthemaloclusiónclassII.Thecefalometricosoutlinespreandposttreatmentwereevaluatedtoexaminetheeffectoftheapplicationinthedental,skeletalstructuresandsoftweaves.Thedistalmovementofthefirstoneacquiresknowledgetomolarsuperior.Themandibulargrowthbymeansofsobreimpositionswasobserved.TheapplicationoforthopedicapparatusesastheHeadGearandFrankelIIcanbeconsideredlikeeffectivetoolsforthecorrectionoftheclassIIinpatientsingrowth.
