[摘要] Theimportanceofthepresentworkresidesinthenecessityofformingtothegeneraldentistfortherealizationofadetailedanalysisoftheuseddiagnosticelements,justasthepanoramicx-ray,todetectinearlyages,alterationsthatcanactasmalocclusionsetiology.Apopulationof397patientswasselectedinstageofmixeddentitionwhosehistoriespresentedthepanoramicx-ray.Eachpanoramicx-raywasobservedandthenproceededtofillouttheformularies,consideringthequantityofpresentteeth,congenitalabsencesandsupernumeraryteeth.Theinformationwasprocessedstatistically,andthentheanalysisoftheresultswascarriedout.Thisanalysiswascarriedoutinformofpercentagesandproportions,withabsoluteandrelativefrequencies,presentingthemincakeandbarsgraphics.Theresultsshowedthattheprevalencyofthestudiedpopulation#39;scongenitalabsenceswaspresentedin15%;ofwhichthethirdmolarswereabsentin67%beingthisvaluebiggerthanthereportedinpreviousstudies(25%).Forsupernumeraryteeth,theprevalencyinthestudiedpopulationwasof1%.Themesiodenswasthesupernumerarytoothwithmorefrequency(75%),beingmorefrequentinthepermanentdentition,andmoreinthemaxillarythaninthejaw,valuesimilartothatofthedatareportedintheliterature.
