[摘要] Thealterationofbucalmucoushasitsbydifferentcausesaffectingseveralgroups,whichcanfiscalpainandalsosometimedisturbtotheaestheticsofthemucousinmouth.TheselesionarecausedbyvirusandoneofthemisthevirusHumanPapilomaVirus(V.P.H.):inwhichitcanbeobserved,multiplesnodularlesionsindifferentzonesofbucalcavity,identifyasHyperplasiaEpitelialMultifocal(H.E.M.).Itisshowedthecaseoftheepatientsofthefamiliarwithcompatibleclinicallesionsto(H.E.M.):theseweresubjecttoabiopsy,confirmingtheclinicaldiagnostic:andalsopatientswereinformedabouttherighttreatmenttoavoidthereturnandtransformationofthelesionsinpaediatricpatients.
